So now I decided that everyone else was right and I have to "listen to my body" when it's in pain

I'm still running ultras but I don't need to do a hundred km every week

Pain is our body's way of reminding us that rest is actually good for us sometimes

The body is a damn lier! Its against you, against being great. It just wants to be comfortable. I mean you are kinda right you gotta build up, you dont just go from 0 miles to marathons or 100lbs squat to 500lbs. But the line is kinda unclear without proper discernment. Its a thin line between being smart and being a bitch.
