    Body fat estimations and some comments on progress?

    Hey

    I started bulking up last September and gained weight from 75 kg to 83,5 kg. (165 lbs to 183 lbs)

    Now I've been on a diet for a month and lost two kilos.

    I'm aiming at 10 percent body fat but how many kilos would it take?

    You're at abot 16-18% bodyfat so anywhere between about 5 and 7 kilos. When you start to see good ab definition, striations in your shoulders and chest, veins and such you'll be about 10% so stop there. Good work bro. Keep going.
