Took 2 scoops of volatile, the fruity calm flavor allowed me to drink it with ease...
...and no cringing after consumption like past PWO ive used from company's like Beast, Pro Supps, and Animal
Great overall workout, I worked my butt off on those rack pulls. it was the first time i have done em, and i love em.
If you don't have those or dead lifts in your workout regime, i recommend you get on it.
Now, everyday, i workout with a different friend, and i always say, "No regrets, we goin kill it so we don't look back on this day frowning"
Well, today, i killed my back, but only got one bicep exercise in, and i have a bit of regret. If you post before 10pm and tell me to get my ass in the gym, i will.

lol don't worry about the biceps man I bet they got hammered pretty good from that back day as well. I only do about 8-10 sets for my biceps now.
Try goin heavier on those BB rows man I know you can get up more than that...I wanna see 2 plates. Strap up!!!
Glad Volatile is goin well. Stuff is awesomeThe 2 most important things to me when training are 1. The Muscle Mind Connection. and 2. Intensity

Volatile is a great Pre-workout. I usually go for the jitter inducing, hot flash creating, eyebrow itching pre workout. But this stuff is just as powerful, without those insane feelings.
To show how weak my bicep peak was...
But not anymore..
