    Test boosters vs BCAA

    Greetings!!

    I have a quick question. I'm working on dropping more weight (dropped about 30 lbs in the last couple months). I'm doing as much research as time allows in a busy schedule and I have come to a roadblock with 2 types of supplements.

    I am considering picking up some BCAA's (Anabolic State or Xtend). While I like the reviews I have read about these and how it's quick muscle recovery and helping strength...what's the difference with boosters? Such as Test Freak and others (not brand specific..).

    Don't boosters claim the same thing?

    BCAA is just protein.

    Test boosters generally claim to boost your test/free test. very different.
