Yeah.
I used to drink and party a lot every Halloween and had a chitload of people to hang with. Ever since I quit drinking and got bored with that life, I always have no idea WTF to do. I'm in my mid 20s in a sort of limbo where every person younger than me is too excited about drinking and doing high energy chit every weekend, which I'm tired of after four years of that. And every person my age or older just stays in, or works, or they're getting married.
I'm still at the point where I want to be social and do chit and not have such grown-up responsibilities like having a house and a kid like the people I know... But I don't want to drink all the time either. It's so fuked going from having the busiest social life to having absolutely nothing.Books read in 2017: 110

Are you me? I'm 25, and want to have fun and party all the time still as well but chit at like 9pm I get tired anymore and don't even feel like going out. Only way I even THINK about going out these days is if I have an "upper" to take first. All my friends either have kids or I lost them between moving to different cities over the last couple years. it's kind of comforting knowing you feel the exact same way as I do,
20 turning 21 pretty soon. lost all the people i thought i was close to from high school and the people i knew from my first 2 years in college (in university now).
got no friends, cant make any -- most interactions seem to be surface level small talk, nothing that leaves the classroom. so i'm in a bit of a struggle of course, how do you make new friends when you have no friends to go out with? I don't have the confidence (if you'd call it that) to go out to a bar alone or club alone.

yea it sucks to admit but i dont have any friends either...used to get fuked up every weekend with a group of buddies and go to parties all the time but got an alcohol charge and started lifting and just fell off with everyone..would love to have some brahs to lift with and get drinks on the weekend but no one lifts around here
