    Expired..... still ok?

    i stopped lifting during pleding for a few months and now im back. I take Amplify, which is an advanced amino acid blend, with about 20 gs of protein per serving. however it was expired 12/05. Its a powerder.... is it still ok to take? i've taken it twice and it seems fine.

    the expiration date is more for safety reasons, jus so they won't get sued or anything JUST IN CASE. I take in expired supps all the time, and theres no difference in anything, nor do i feel sick.
