    Basic weight lifting workout?

    I got a barbell, dumbells and load of weights yesterday, can anyone give me an idea on which exersises to do while only having 20- 30 mins max?

    Should I stick to some compound movments rather than isolation? I also want to keep weighted pull ups in my routine.
