    How do I incorporate CLEANS into my routine?

    im doing a regular bodybuilding split. either 4 or 5 days a week.

    which day can i add cleans to? should i lift on a seperate day where i just do cleans?

    I personally do power cleans on my leg day. Supposed to increase your vertical.

    Cleans don't build mass so I don't see why you would incorporate them into a bodybuilding routine.
    Lifting is a lot like partying... sometimes you go way too big and regret it the next morning.

    Are you doing powercleans or hangcleans. If power cleans i would go leg day, hang cleans back.

    I admit i dont know to much about powerlifting. But I do like to throw them in, once a week on my back day. But cleans are really a full body exercise so just throw them in on maybe legs, or back day, possible sholders will work.

    If you do them right, you get legs and traps.
