Pretty happy with this, so thought I'd share. I've got a small home gym, and needed a good way to hit the triceps.
So setting up the irongym as regular, and attaching TRX to that, and then doing eccentric triceps dips, that worked dandy fine. Just gotta wear a sweater so the TRX bands don't eat into the flesh of the arms.
I guess some feel this ain't good safety wise but the I've got the strap length set so the legs are close to the ground, so it feels fine. And the exercise is eccentric, so between each rep you stand up.
