-micronutrients are important for health in general...will your gains halt because you didn't get enough selenium? no...but it's important not to have deficiencies because they can lead to some complications
-there are a million different diet strategies, so there's no magical carb number to hit
-I would say there's not a ton of evidence that suggests nutrient timing is really THAT significant, however I do know that at least anecdotally it seems some people do respond to diets where there is a focus on peri (around)-workout nutrition...but as far as stuff like the 30 minute post-workout anabolic window, I think it's largely overblownNSCA CSCS

Lift hard 5x a week, how come I can't seem to get my weight past 150? Hovers at 148-146, pissing me off. Should I Switch up my routine/recommendations

Creatine on a cut? already lost 12 pounds in like a month and a half. was hovering around 20% bf for years. im taking whey vitamins and stuff, but havent started creatine. should i wait til bulking to take creatine? I feel like that creatine bloat might throw off my motivation and progress cutting. thanks. disregard 5 year old avi

Im 6'2, 230lbs. My chest, shoulders, arms, back, legs are all very aesthetic but the problem is it looks like someone put another persons stomach on me. I have love handles and its like it doesnt match my entire rest of the body it just dont seem right. When i cut i lose the love handles pretty much but the reason i bulk is because my strength is way up there but if i cut im going to lose strength and im talking about i cut so slow. I lose about 1.5lb a week. So what do you suggest. Im really thinking i need to get LIPO seriously. If i had lipo on my love handles i in my eyes would be perfect. What the fuk do i do because im about to pay. Because it makes no sense for someone to look like i do but have bad love handles that dont even match the rest of me
