Okay so I need someone to please help me! I've been working out with my team and on my own for quite some time now and my mom is a health freak so we always have vitamins, supplements and healthy food laying around the house. My problem is, I have school during the day and can't even take water with me without a doctor's note cuz some dumbass brought vodka to school a couple years ago. If I'm supposed to be eating five or six times a day how do I keep up!?! What do I do? Plus I wanna kick my fitness level into high gear and prepare for summer....I'm skinny and fit but I want more! Got any advice? Please hit me up!
