Bruiser's MusclePharm's Diesel Whey Protein Review

I was part of the extremely kind 100 tub giveaway promo. I am extremely thankful. I couldn't believe when I saw the four pound tub!

    overall 9.5/10.0

    what's cool?
I like how they break the nutritional panel down and use no blends. low fat, and low carb. I prefer my proteins this way. If I want to add carbs I can do so easily do so, but for the most part I like have the low carb protein. I've also cooked with this with success

taste its a pretty standard chocolate flavoring. Nothing jaw dropping, but enjoyable.

    mixibility standard, no problems

price I received this via a promo and very grateful, but with that said, the bb.com pricing is a light high in my opinion, but this is still a very high quality protein.

    bonus....
I used this powder with a homemade recipe I made for pumpkin cocoa muffins. They taste great and the facts are:

    per muffin

    fat: 1.5-2g

    carbs:12-15g

    fiber: 3-4g

    protein: 8-10g

and they tasted absolutely amazing. almost too good, that I almost couldn't stop eating them!

    preheat oven 350
mix dry ingredients in large bowl:

1 Cup whole wheat flour (I've substituted whole oats before)
2 scoops protein powder (I've done both vanilla and chocolate, not too big of a difference surprisingly)
    2 tbs flax seed meal
    1 tbs cocoa unsweetend
    4 packets stevia
    1tsp baking soda
    1 tsp baking powder
    1tsp cinnamon
(some pumpkin spice, would touch this up real nice, but I did not have any. It's still amazing without it)
in a separate bowl (I use a ninja)

    combine wet ingredients:

    1 can pumpkin puree
    1 egg yolk
    5 egg whites
    1 tbs coconut oil

    Steps:

    Blend wet ingredients

slowly blend dry ingredients together with wet, I go about quarter at a time. blend, another 1/4, blend etc

in a oil sprayed muffin pan evenly distribute batter I got this to make 12 small sized muffins.

bake for 10 minutes, take out and spinkle oats on top and add chocolate chip/s if you desire. put back in oven and bake for another 10-15 minutes.out test by taking a butter knife and piercing the muffin, if the blade comes out with no batter, then they are good to go.
