liquid beef aminos

a friend of mine said that liquid beef aminos are by far the best as far as protien. he is a credible guy. hes 6 feet 260 pounds. very lean! has anyone else had any thought on this subject.
i looked at some older threads and people just bashed it. if you saw this guy you would defenitly look into what he says. he is a member of this site too.

As you mentioned we had quite a thread about this some time ago and even had some guest appearances from members of other forums. I would suspect that not alot of people here would have first hand knowledge of the product. Phil Hernon is a distributor of this product and you will find alot more info about it on the professional muscle forum. I never tried them myself so can't comment as to the effectiveness or lack there of

Yes...I rub liquid beef aminos on my scrotum sack after each meal. I went from 155 to 220 in 3 weeks. straight jacked son!

and its not that you shouldnt listen to what big people have to say its that you should take it for the information which is either right or wrong (i guess). On the other side of the spectrum, don orrell is 6'5" 300 at like <5% bf. He is huge, and he knows what he is talking about.

one of my friends, 6 foot 300 lbs, pure muscle, told me cell tech hardcore got him from 130 lbs to 300. u should see him, if u knew him or saw him you would believe him. i sure do
