I'm 15 years old trying to gain lean muscle but don't know what to do lean bulk and cut? And for how long should i bulk and how long should i cut? Are there any other methods than lean bulking and cutting for gaining LEAN muscle? Please respond.

1.Go to the nutrition section and read the stickies.That way you will find out how to set your nutrition up to get to your goal.
When you are a natural athlete it is nearly impossible to gain muscle without gaining ANY fat.So when you are on a caloric surplus,fat gain will occur eventually.What you can do though,is to be on a slight surplus so that you gain weigth slowly.
EXAMPLE: Let's say your maintainance calories are 2000 calories.If you want to bulk without getting excessive fat,you could go with 200-300 calories above that,=2300 calories.
When you see that you don't gain any weight,bump it up to 2500-2600 calories and go on like that.
In that way your weight gain will be slower(around 0.5-2 pounds per week) and your gains will be "leaner".
