I usually eat a serving of cashews, a serving of extra virgin olive oil and 4 oz salmon, daily, to get my required fats. Im thinking about eating 8 oz of salmon a day instead of EVOO. What do you eat to meet your daily fats requirements?

Peanuts, flax/chia, eggs, peanut butter, whole milk, cottage cheese, yogurt, and sometimes i'll just go get a burger or two haha. I like the salmon idea though, been awhile since I had any, I used to get some but it started getting a lil pricey.
