    My Keto Diet

    Meal 1-

    Oatmeal
    Whey protein shake 30g

    Meal 2:

4 eggs w/ Salad (lemon juice freshly squeezed for dressing)

    Meal 3:

200g tuna (sometimes I take spicy tai) w/ small salad (replacing my fruit cup )

    Meal 4:

2 Fish fillet (non breaded w/ no condiments)

    Meal 5:

Boiled chicken w/ small salad (Franks red hot for the chicken & organic lemon juice or freshly squeezed lemon juice for the salad)

    Meal 6:

30g Whey Isolate Protein Shake (natural flavor by All Max)

    Meal 7:

    Steak (franks red hot souce)

    Meal 8:

300g Goats Milk Cheese (****s ****ing awful btw)

    Note: Snack on nuts throughout the day but, organic non salted nuts (no homo). Also, a organic protein bar home made (almond butter, nuts, whey powder natural flavor, 1tsp of organic maple syrup);

I never did this before. Tips, advise, and constructive criticism is welcome. The idea is adequate - high protein, high fat, and low carbs. I am looking to get shredded for Spring Break but, again this is my first time with this so, I am open to ideas.

    Supplements:

    MSM

Whey Protein Isolate - All Max natural flavor

    Vitamins

    Digestive enzymes

    Fish Oil

    Probiotics

    Oregano Oil

First off, welcome to keto, secondly, not even close bro.

No Oats, no fruit, add olive oil to salad,

I see very little fat in there,

Use Fitday.com to get macros right,

    65% fat, 30% protein, 5% carbs

Thanks mate. I appreciate the feed back and not talking **** or ripping on me. That doesn't ****ing help when people do that. I will update it. I failed to mention my supplements. I am taking fish oils, I have used udos' oil but, I am cutting out 6s & 9s, preferring 3s cause, I find the others **** me up. The same applies with dairy. Also, I been sick so, I have drank organic home made Orange juice, small glass but, its the little bit of carbs I am getting in my diet. Prob run about 100g and looking to lower it to 50g but, I am so ****ing lethargic these days, its not funny. My workouts are completely circuit training with no breaks minus walking to the next station to exercise. I am also doing HIIT (high intensity interval training) first thing in the morning consisting of 12-15min of heavy sprints and moderate jog. Before this diet, I would usually eat fruit before the gym to push me through but, I feel like passing out at the moment on this routine. My back days are ****ing me up. I need a power nap after my back day. Deadlifts **** me up. Legs mess me up too but, not quite as bad as my back days. Thanks again brah.
