    Is this a good four day split workout

    Monday: Back and Biceps
    Deadlift 5 sets
    Pullups 5 sets
    Close Grip Chinups 5 sets
    Bent over Barbell Rows 5 sets

    Tuesday: Chest and Triceps
    Benchpress 5 sets
    Incline Benchpress 5 sets
    Skull Crushers 5 sets

    Wednesday: Cardio or rest

    Thursday: Legs
    Squats 5 sets
    Leg Curl 5 sets
    Leg Extensions 5 sets
    Calf Raises 5 sets

    Friday: Shoulders and Abs
    Shrugs 5 sets
    Military Press 5 sets
    Upright Row 5 sets
    Situps 3 sets
    leg raises 3 sets
    Saturday: cardio
    Sunday: rest
