So I had a thread before asking about diet advice and someone sent me to stickies
And I followed them
Right now im 5.9 feet 192 weight and omron fat analysis gave me a 16.5 body fat
I'm training 6 times. A week + 4 cardio sessions of 450-600 calls according to polar H7
My macros are 180~ protein 50 fat and 100-150 carbs
But I'm losing fat slowly .like .5 pounds at best
Is this the norm or what?
