    What do I expect

    So I had a thread before asking about diet advice and someone sent me to stickies
    And I followed them
    Right now im 5.9 feet 192 weight and omron fat analysis gave me a 16.5 body fat
    I'm training 6 times. A week + 4 cardio sessions of 450-600 calls according to polar H7

    My macros are 180~ protein 50 fat and 100-150 carbs

    But I'm losing fat slowly .like .5 pounds at best
    Is this the norm or what?

    You're probably eating more than you think. Are you using a food scale and logging all food you eat?

    Also, 50g fat is low. You need a minimum of .4g/lb.

    I'm having simple food
    I get flat bread and chicken from Costco
    Have cheese, olive oil and eggs for fats
    Sometimes I make jamimas pancakes and Greek yogurt with raspberry for carps
    And salad with light dressing

    Yes I weigh food raw I've been doing this for 2 weeks now and I wanted to make sure everything is good before I waste my time

    Yes I figured this since I don't have abs lines when it's telling me I'm at 16% fat
    And still I have big skin fold around my waist area
