Yep that feels like me at the moment - but I'm definitely being stricter now going forward, no more bulking up otherwise it will just be too difficult to lean out for summer like you say.
Congrats on the PR bro, awesome work. Not far off the 500lbs pull, impressive. Also I know that feel on the neck - nothing worse than when your neck is out, hope it clears up quickly for you.
