Mega gym session today followed by a swim. (Weights + cardio)
Weight still being stubborn, mainly due to my diet ofc, but I'm as strong as I've been so happy with that :)

Anyway. I'm still doing this challenge but I've been terrible at updating this thread recently.

Had an awesome gym session on Wednesday.
Also finally ordered some more whey protein powder which I've been meaning to do for ages! From Bodybuilding ofc. Arrived today.

Swimming yesterday. (Monday)
Gym and swim tonight.
Solid gym session (mostly on machines) today followed by a short swim.
2 sets of:
Chest press 70kg x 6
Shoulder press Wide Grip 45kg x 5
Shoulder press Narrow 45kg x 5
Lat Pull downs 84kg x...
Very up and down week.
Monday and Tuesday I hit the gym and swimming pool, but it's been poor since then.
Need to get the discipline back, especially on the diet front.

Avoided junk food - check
Under 2000 calories - close, think I might be slightly over, but overall a good start back from holiday. :)
Just back from a really fun but lazy indulgent holiday.

Jumping on the cross trainer now. (Will confirm when done) - edit Yup, cross trainer done. RPM over 80, HR over 150. 20 Mins. - I'll take that.

BOOM! 20 mins done on my cross trainer. RPM over 80, HR over 150. Calories 500 but I'm sure that is out by quite a bit.

Been quiet on the forums the last couple of days but I've not been idle. Hit the gym on Monday and Wednesday, and my diet has been good...
Perfect day yesterday. Sub 2k calories.
Avoided junk foot completely.
Hit the gym around 3pm for a good hour+ session.
Then did a good 20 minute stint on my cross trainer last night.
