i prefer i 28mm with no center knurling for deads and a 30MM bar with center knurling for squats and bench.

No need for bearings on these bars.....bushings only.

I have been using a cheap 4 inch harbinger old school leather belt lately and its working better than expected.

You might have to put the spotters on the outside of the rack and use it that way or bend your knees when pressing inside the rack.

There is a 90 inch high rack i have that works well for standing...

try the Body Solid SFID325 ...it fits the GPR378 nicely and is not as bulky as the other benches
