For me the best motivation videos are when a really good bodybuilders shows their routine and so on and u see that muscular mountaine and understand that yeah with that routine I can achieve it too
Actually Idk. I mean If talking about gym I just got the habit to do it again and again and may be my brain see some results which I do not even have lol
