    Bulk or cut

    Hi just need some advise. Currently training 4-5 days a week sitting at 179lbs at 5ft 10”

    Going into police so need decent fitness so need advice on wether to bulk or cut.

    Train 5 days a week legs push pull push pull
    I’m 16% body fat and 82% muscle 140lbs
    Bulk or cut???
