I think the last time I had carbs was St Patrick's Day. Went out to the pub for a couple pints and had fish 'n' chips.

Cheated a bit at Christmas, Easter, and last Labour day weekend.

Otherwise...

Been doing very low carb since last summer. So not even carbs. LOL.

I subsist on meat and veg.
