Genetically would my shoulders be considered narrow or broad

Muscles aside, Ive been told my shoulders are both broad or narrow genetically by different people, so I'm not really sure. Just wondering how good my potential is to get that sick V Taper. First photo was this weekend and the photo before that was 6 weeks ago. http://imgur.com/a/8IH8JUY

Best recovery method for soreness?

What is the best recovery method for soreness whether it's ice baths, contrast showers, foam rolling or some kind of supplement? I read something that some "study" says ice baths may hinder muscle growth, don't know how true that is. Thanks!

Question Is my left arm bigger than the other? If so, is it normal? What can I do about it?

So I usually train biceps with dumbbells and I’m left handed so left is my strongest arm but Idk if this asymmetry is normal or not. Thank you.
