hip injury from jerk (possibly). any idea what this is?

I think I've tore a small stabilization muscle in my left hip with the jerk. It the inner hip/groin area if squeeze my legs together and I'm also unable to jerk. Jerking or doing lunges causes similar pain. Oh yeah, doing leg raises and crunches also causes pain in the same area. I can squat...

A few questions

I started training WL a while ago, but think I jumped into it too quickly (5/6 days a week, heavy sessions, lots of BS/FS and olympic lifts/accessory work). Its a shame as I had a great gym with lifting platform and good lifters to train with. Anyway, life has changed and I've ended up in London....

Knee surgeries

Catching low in clean

Im having troubles catching the bar low in a full clean. I can use bad form and power clean more than I can full clean and im trying to break the habit so I can get my lifts up. My weightlifting coach at school sucks and I can't go to a really good coach yet cus he's coaching at a different school...
