I was pretty lethargic prior to taking R4W, but let me tell you after I took this I was ready to go choke my neighbor just off g.p. (general purpose). I hope this feeling doesn't diminish throughout the course of this log but the effect for today gets a 5/5. The taste really isn't that bad at all, but once again it isn't the greatest so I'll keep it at a 3/5 even with a whole scoop added. As usual for the people who are interested I'll post my workout for the day as well.

This was my second day with a full scoop of R4W, and I am still happy with the results. I did notice today that I felt pretty sick because I drank some whey in milk for breakfast and my stomach didn't feel right at all today. It was a struggle to down R4W just because I was feeling pretty queasy, and the hot weather in Michigan didn't help much either. I believe from here on out I may drop my dosage to 1/2 scoop and see if I still have noticeable effects with it. From my three days on it this product is solid I haven't had a caffeine crash and I feel super relaxed from the BM and RR that R4W contains. I really felt the effects today when I wanted to quit working out due to feeling sick to the stomach, but my body just wouldn't let me quit at all. I have never tried a supplement that gave me such a clean boost of energy when I needed it (I don't have a long list of supplements either), but I powered through my sets today with an alarming intensity that I have never witnessed before. Here goes my workout for the day.

Biceps

Dumbbell Curls 30x10 30x10 35x10 35x10
Preacher Curls 20+E-Z curl bar x 10 30+E-Z curl bar x 10 30+E-Z curl bar x 8
Hammer Curls 35x4 *dropset* 25x10 30x10 30x5 (failure)
Cable Curls (I got bored and did one set) 48x10

Triceps

V-bar pushdowns 36x10 60x8 60x10
Straight Bar pushdowns 72x10 84x10 96x6
Seated Dips 105x10 120x10 135x10 <==PR

Overall, R4W scores 100/5 for effectiveness and I'll even change my score for taste 4/5. I'll try it with OJ (shout-out to Seth25 for the tip) before my next workout.

it will stay high quality, its just I must have spent about 40 hours + on flavoring for the future something I thought I would never do but hey......an effective ok tasting product doesnt cut it anymore......gotta smell good..........gotta come in pretty colors..............candy asses rule the buying market.

Chuck, you are the man because you never gave a damn about candy ass people so why start now? R4W 5.0 doesn't taste bad at all especially when you say results > taste. I swear you must have some crack put in R4W 5.0 because I don't come down off it until about 12 hours later.

Hey man I was just messing with ya

But if it has a better taste I'm all for it. I personally have never been big on grape but that **** is great w/oj you'll see tomorrow.Chuck, you should put that on your label for real!But for me as always effects > taste.
