i tried endurance lifting just for fun with 100 pounds i got off 32 reps of 100 pounds before i got pretty fatigued.
how many can you guys do

how many reps of 100 pounds can you do for bench press
SPRAINED WRIST as of 10-6-06 (waiting for it to heal)
Current stats
height = 5'7
weight = 230 pounds
waist = 38 inches
arms = 16.5 inches (PR)
bench = 170X6 (4 sets) MAX = 200(PR)
GOAL stats
height = 5'7
weight = 240
waist = 34 inches
arms = 19 - 20 inches
bench = 260 X 6 (4 sets) MAX = 315

In all seriousness, this kind of thing is not all bad. Picking a light weight and doing very high reps can be a great restoration method. In fact, Louie Simmons has done 5 minutes of db presses with 100s before. So let's not be too close-minded here, just because of who made the thread.

No clue about 100 pounds but my gym holds a local repping contest every year along with the regular powerlifting and I have won 3 years in a row.
You have to rep your bodyweight as many times as possible.
First year repped 165 25 times and won(second got 19 reps). Second year repped 170 28 times and won(second place got 27 times at a bodyweight of 270!). This year I was up to 178 pounds and repped it 32 times(second place got 27).
