im dropping shock therapy - just makes me feel like puking.....as for the storm, its early, but i dont think its working....

so if i want a great creatine product, what should i go for?

i have tried xceed, cell-tech, and cellmass. I had no results whatsoever with cell-tech and xceed. cellmass gave me some pretty solid results. If i had to recommend one, i would recommend cellmass given my experience.

With that being said, i do not find creatine necessary and find supplements like x-factor much more cost effective and effective in general for mass gaining.

creatine is the most tested and proven supplement out there...x-factor, cost effective? its $100 for two bottles...??? its cost effective compared to cell mass...

if you are expecting crazy gains from creatine, you will be disappointed...however, if you choose a creatine and HAVE A GOOD DIET and actually know what you are doing, it will work.

BTW, i agree with envy...all you really need is a creapure creatine monohydrate...prolab makes a good one

I personally hate ON whey protein, but I don't suggest CEE offhand because a lot of people respond to monohydrate and it is a lot cheaper than CEE. If I have someone that mentions that they are a creatine non-responder that is when I suggest alternative forms of creatine.

Your never going to get a single best answer. I would lean toward a weel respected company with a good mix. DiCreatine Malate, Creatine Ethyl Ester, Creatine Anhydrous, etc.

Can you achieve this in the same two month period with creatine? No you cannot. Most creatine that is subscribed around here is around 40 dollars for two months worth and in my experience does not translate to anywhere near 15-20lbs of mass gain much less 5-10.

I know what it takes to gain weight the right way with a proper diet. I have had success with my methods as well as success so far with x-factor, 6lbs in three weeks. I have had roughly the same strength and mass gains using no creatine as i did using creatine. Thus my statement that its not cost effective cause it didnt do anything for me.

Most effective supplements imo outside of steroids are supplements like jungle warfare, x-factor and good old multi's and whey protein.

Right now I am having good results with bulk primaforce CEE caps and Gaspari SizeOn on workout days which is four days a week for me. If that is too expensive buy some Higher Power Creatine Monohydrate.

6 lbs. in the first 3 weeks on x factor? that is likely due to your diet/training...

wait until the second bottle when it really kicks in

I used to take creatine mono and wasn't really sure about the results from it. I did notice water retention. I stopped taking it for a week and ordered Prima's CEE stuff. I have to say it smells like Stroh 80, if anyone in this room has ever had that. In other words, like straight up alcohol. It doesn't taste any better. BUT. It works. After I came off mono I did notice a slight decrease in reps and maybe a little in strength, not much in strength though. Can't say accurately because I had a busy schedule at the time and was tired. Anyways, I've been on CEE for a week or two now and feel confident it has helped me overall. Who knows, maybe it's a mental thing....


I also tried out NO-Xplode. That stuff is a damn drug. I love it. Unfortunately I am not willing to pay that much money per month so I can take the stuff regularly. Maybe during 2 or 3 month intense sessions I would. I'm pretty much in agreement with everyone as far as diet goes. WHEN I GOT SERIOUS ABOUT EATING RIGHT THAT IS WHEN I STARTED TO GROW. I can't stress that enough. Educate yourself on what to eat and when to eat it!! Oh yeah, I like CEE. Haven't tried micronized yet.

As many have already mentioned, Xceed is a very solid CEE and NO product.
