i was so skinny, there was no sign of pecs, lats or traps, when i flexed i dont think a bicep poped out, just looked like I had abs because of my weight, i had like 10 1/2 inch biceps
now i got 13 inch biceps which is still small,
ive gained roughly 10 pounds,
lost 2% body fat but look alot bigger
traps and lats show
pecs are getting there

my arms were just under 10"; i had very long, lean muscles (but not bulging at all), ****ty shoulders (could only military press 44lbs), crap pecs, crap everything. long, lean muscles, characteristic of an ectomorph.
i found out though that i have the tendancy to gain muscle like a mesomorph. my arms are now 13", i put on about 20lbs, my bench went up 40lbs, and my military press went up around 60lbs. i now have very round shoulders and traps (looks great; i really like the rounded look), and a very barrel-shaped chest - the rounded shoulders and barrel chest are very apparent when i'm wearing a shirt. i like it. i'm 8% bodyfat, a respectable strength level, and more filled out. i now have veins all over my arms and some in my deltoids, and more visible abs. i have a nicer V-shape now.

i was 145..."skinny-fat" with that big gut but skinny everywhere else...weak as hell, ate like ****...didnt exercise. Now, workin on 3 years later....im up to 180ish...got my abs, got 15 1/2" arms (from like....10" lol) which aint that big but i'm not lookin to get huge...i'm happy where i'm at. My chest is bigger, my calves are ripped. I've got veins like crazy....i've made pretty good progress (woulda been better if i found this site quicker lol)

I was 125lbs March of 2005, right now I am at 157 ish, I sort of slacked the last 2-3 months though. Going to get serious now, goal is 180, and I will see from there.
But 125lbs was scary looking I wouldnt want to step in that range ever again.

Well I started seriously lifting in the begining of March(3 months ago). I weighed 150 at 5'7 and about 10%. Now I am 5'8(don't know if that's because of the lifting) and 170 at about 6-7% BF with a max bench of 225(185 before) and a max squat of 315(280 before). I was always pretty cut and muscular but now I'm a lot stronger and bigger so I'm glad I took it up.
P.S. We're on school break and seeing how much I've improved in these last couple of months has inspired me to go lifting today so I'm off to the gym as soon as my mom gets back home to give me a ride lol.
P.S.S. When I was little(before turning 10) I was the fat, chubby kid. I promised myself to never get like that again and that's why my stats were pretty good to start off with.Last edited by BigNasty31; 06-05-2006 at 03:18 PM.

in 6th grade i was at my max weight of 160.. puberty hit full swing and i dropped to a smaller but still kinda chunky 130.. i started lifting in 8th grade and now im up to 165... not nearly as fat but still have a little of it on me

last year about this time i was 5'10, 180 pounds... skinny fat.
i was weak as hell... coudl only flat bench db press 30 in each hand haha.
i just did tons of cardio and had a **** diet til about december, when i found this site. since then ive been eating better and now im about 160 pound at about 11% bf, more than twice as strong haha.█♣█ █♣█ █♣█ █♣█ █♣█
