College baseball player looking for right supplements

I am entering my draft year and I want to maximize my body's power without sacrificing flexibility and elevating my risk for injury. I would appriciate any knowledge of supplement combinations or specific steriods that prove most effective for my sport. Also, i am in a tested sport so i also need any advice about dealing with that.

I am 6'2" 200lbs catcher, i run well and am trying to maintain speed also.

Yeah no steriods man, it will fukk up your whole career.

Since your in college baseball i'm sure you got an awesome trainer, go ask the training about dieting and supplements. I'm sure they will help if your going pro.

Ya dude, stay off the roids'. No team will want you if you're caught with those.

    enhancing my workout

I understand the era that we are with steriods, but at the same time if every other player is using a supplement and i am not then i am at a significant disadvantange. If anyone knows of specific supplements, especially NCAA legal that would enhance my workouts id appriciate it. thanks.

Not really man. Look at Jose Conseco. A lot of MLB players use roids today even tho there is a lot of testing.

Jhawk Fitness says it all: "creatine (provides energy for short burst power activities), whey protein, EFA's, and a multi-vitamin"

    That's good advice.

    Good luck!
