    well what the hell did you do to it. injury is pretty vague. there is a huge difference between spraining your knee and completely tearing the ACL, PCL, and MCL.

    Ya if its a minor injury like a sprain then i would say take like 2 weeks off from working legs and then ease back into it slowly going by feel. If it hurts stop. If its more serious like a tear. you should be asking this question to a physical therapist.
