What do the labels recommend? Usually that's the best place to start. They should be totally compatable since they work on completely different pathways.

Well, both are recommended to be taken 30-45 minutes before workout on an empty stomach

Lots of 19 year old guys juice whether they are told differently or not. I would say yes to the 25 year comment (don't take until 25) if it's a prohormone or an actual anabolic. Herbal like trib at 19...probably won't work so don't waste your cash.
