    Am I doing too much?

Hey guys, this is my first post on here but I've been a reader for a long time. Basically I was hoping to get some info from some guys who might have experience in my current situation. My problem is extreme fatigue and I'm wondering if the problem might be doing too much. I hit the gym 6 times a week. The main reason for this is really more than anything I love to work out and I love being at the gym, not to mention the fact that i've been making some great progress recently. However everday I'm exhausted and I'm afraid it might be because I'm overowrking myself. I'm 19, 6'0 198 lbs currently, weight fluctuates 2-3 pounds per day. Here's my program that I kind of made myself thorug hreading other peoples as well as articles on bb.com. I'd love some constructive critiquing about it!

    Monday - squats - 135 x10, 225 x8, 305 x6, 335 x6
    leg press - 180 x10, 360 x8, 450 x6, 540 x6
    calf raises - 3 sets x15
    Dumbbell press - 65s x 10, 80s x10, 100s x 10,
    incline machine press - 140 x 10, 160 x10, 225 x 10
    decline bench - 135 x 10, 185 x 10, 185 x 10
    wide chest machine - 225 3 x 10
    cable rows - 80 3 x 10
    machine flys - 140 3 x 10

    Tuesday - Hang cleans to military press - 135 3 x 10
    pulldowns - 130 x 10, 150 x 10, 170 x 10
    lat raises - 25 x10, 30 x 10, 35 x 10
    iso back machine - 225 3 x 10
    cable delt raises
    romanian dead lifts - 225 3 x 10
    shrugs
usually try to bust a couple sets of wide grip pullups as well

    Wednesday - standing dumbbell curl - 40s x 10, 45s x10, 50s x 10
    tricep cable pushdowns
hammer curls - same weight as db curls
    dip machine - 230 x 10, 320 x 10, 380 x 10 *unreal machine
preacher machine - 225 3 x 10 *not as heavy as it sounds
    one arm overhead tripcep extensions - 30s 3 x 10

Then I repeat that through thrusday, friday and saturday. I didnt include my abs or cardio as I mix it in here and there depending on how I'm feeling each day. SO what do you guys think? Am I trying to do too much and that's my reason for exhaustion most days or could it be something else? The thing is I feel good most days at the gym and after the workout I feel awesome too. So really any advice anyone might have for me would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys!

At first glance, I'd say you're probably doing too much. Assuming you're getting enough calories and sleep, the "extreme fatigue" you feel is probably the result of too much volume and frequency.

By my count, you're doing 18(!) sets of chest exercises twice a week. Does your chest really need that much work? Is that machine and isolation work really worth it? Why not add intensity to your core movements and cut out some of the "detail" work?

Same deal with the biceps and triceps work. Do you really need 9 sets each twice a week? I know giving arms their own day results in a tremendous pump, but what is that really worth? Are two days per week of almost pure isolation work worth the time? Couldn't you cut down the number of exercises and sets for arms and just put them at the end of a major body part, thereby totally cutting out two "arm" days from your routine?
