    cardio twice a day

I am thinking about doing cardio twice a day on days I do not lift. I am still struggeling with BF and would like to give my self a boost. It is easy for me to do since I have a recumbant bike right next to my bed. I did cardio at 7:am today and am thinking about another session around 10:00 pm tonight. If i get in enough meals, is there any reason I shouldn't do cardio twice a day on non lifting days.

It can lead to burnout pretty fast. What's your diet like?

If you aren't worried about losing a little bit more muscle mass then go for it.
Also I would always stand on the side of taking in more food and then burning it off cause it might save some muscle, but like I said if you aren't fanitical about mainting muscle then you have another avenue other than a second cardio...Just figure out how many calories you would burn off on the machine then drop your calories that much on those days..
Like I said not the best way but the common sense way..
    HuH?

I've never done it but I say go for it. Just protect your muscles with bcaa's or a carb free WPI. I think it's a good strategy for fat burning.

    What's a bcaa and WPI?

By the way, Ham on Rye is one of my favorite books.
