6 months of on/off lifting.
Have a before picture somewhere in this thread. I'll try to find it.
It's not a transformation yet, only a small step. I'll be back in a few months.

The vigorous man industriously striving for the improvement of his condition acts neither more nor less than the lethargic man who sluggishly takes things as they come. For to do nothing and to be idle are also action, they too determine the course of events. -- Ludwig Von Mises.

Before (Jan 2) and after (Jan 30) photos.
Start weight 125 pounds and I fluctuate around 129 pounds now. I plan to add Ensure as a pre and post workout supplement soon. Hopefully I can keep it up and post photos as I go.

I'll be happy to mate!
I am on a 4 day split atm being:
Mo: Shoulders
Tue: Legs + Biceps
Wed: Active rest
Thu: Chest
Fri: Back + Triceps
Sat: Active rest
Sun: Active rest
Since I am an ectomorph with a very fast metabolism my caloric intake is between 5k and 7k.
The time period displayed in the pictures is 6 months. Very happy with the progress so far
Just hit me up if you got any more questions or need motivation, always glad to help!

Holy ****, 5-7k calories per day? I hope you're talking about small calories, because I highly doubt you're going through upto 7000kcals per day.
I'm going to be a monster one day, just you wait and see.

that makes more sense. which i could do that, but I'm limited with shakes since I can't eat gloten/dairy food, and protein/gainers cost a fortune here. so I'm limited to 1 scope a day of dymatize ISO 100 protein (which costs me 54$ monthly) & 1 liter of lactose free milk/daily. rest have to be regular meals...
