I am desperately looking for a comfortable ipod nano 3G armband for foks with 18" or larger arms (if one exists?)
I've tried a few without any luck the latest being the Belkin Sport Armband Plus.
If you have one please share the make and model/name.
TIA
Bob

I have 18 1/2" arms and can tell ya they don't make one to the best of my knowledge. I ended up just using the clip and clipping it to the side of my gym pants or clipping it inside the pocket. In retrospect, I'm not sure why I even wanted an arm band....who wants something restrictive on their arm when lifting?

just go to a fabric store and get a small strip of fabric and some velcro. Thats what my friend did and it works sweet.
They have velcro strips that you can iron on or others that need to be sewn on.***Need endurance training workout with a wrestler!***

I had the same problem with my new nano. My wife got it for me for X-mas, along with the Belkin armband. Could barely get the friggin' thing over my forearm.
I picked up a case at Wal-mart, made by Body Glove, that works out pretty good for me. I had to "McGyver" it up a little by adding some additional velcro on the armband for a more comfortable fit, but all in all, it's the best one that I've found so far. The armband is separate from the case, so if you need to, you can make your own "custom fit" armband. Just a quick trip to a craft store for some elastic/velcro and your done.
Hope this helpsMy brain is hanging upside-down

I tried getting an arm band at the mall to no avail. I just tuck the wire under my shirt and slip the Ipod into pocket. I like the clip idea though. Im gonna have to pick one up.

I've got one of these that I like a lot. I clip it to my waist band and run the earphone wires under my shirt. I hardly notice my mp3 player.

I got a clip for my player that came with an armband. I tried the armband and, even with my puny arms, it was annoying and restrictive. Now I just clip it onto my belt.
One of these days I'll get a bluetooth headset so I can listen to music wirelessly -- accidentally ripping the earbuds out gets old.

also check amazon.com (if you're still looking) they sell an "extender" that just attaches to your exisiting case and adds what looks like a lot of extra inches, and they are only like $1.50

I have one that I paid about $9 for at walmart in the sproting goods section. It works really well and the ipod doesnt flop around.
