i heard that you can make a nice predrink for workouts by soaking a few bags of green tea in water and mixing in some sugar, apparently it helps boost energy. Can anyone verify this or even give another recipe?
Honey would be preferable as a sweetneer. Of course it boosts energy; green tea has caffeine, albeit not much.
