Hahaha... wonder what you will think of me. Roger has about 18 months of serious training behind him, he has been progressing very well.
There are freak teens here, kvkx11, roidrage300, me, taylor, josh (beast) and gobbles and thaiga are nuts to, Xamine has an insane physique so does that midget shayet.
OP, Unless you are 5'5 that is waaaay too skinny, I am hoping to sit at a vey lean 205 once I finish this cut at a hight of 5'10 wich I think will look ideal.

That is an extremely subjective question...I'd even go as far as to deem it unanswerable.
You have to take in a wide variety of factors like height, genetics, weight training experience, etc...not to mention that every person on this board has a different view of what the ideal weight is and what it isn't.
For instance...I'm 5'8 and 200 pounds. In my mind I should be bigger and weigh more, while someone else might think I'm the perfect weight.
I think someone that's the same height as me but weighs 30-40 pounds less is sickingly skinny, yet it's the average weight amount 5'8 males. Only you can tell what your ideal weight is. Asking someone else is like asking us to tell you about your progress in your gym.
I CAN tell you that 130 pounds is way to light no matter how tall you are. You need to eat man!5'8
200 pounds
370 pound bench press (Goal: 400 by Jan. 09)
475 pound deadlift (Goal: 500 by Summer 08)
410 pound squat (Goal: 450 by Jan. 09)
17 1/2" arms
25 inch thighs
13 inch forarms

hmm...call me when you see a 5'8'' 200 pound man in the street with under 20% bf, you might thinks its skinny cos they dont bodybuild, 5'8 160 pounds people are endless i would think thats the normal weight but we of course want mass so its not big for us, just keep in mind that not everyone are bodybuilders
