Does't look like the bench is interchangable. This is an older model LS machine. not the end of the world. Eventually I'll probably gran an IM bench. Thanks to a CL score I've added a bunch to my home gym. 355lbs of weight, bringing my total to 770. Various cable station attachments for the high and low pulley. A solid leg station and preacher curl and the LS machine itself. I couldn't be happier with the deal. On to the pics!

That's awesome brotato. I used the squat attachment on leg day and didn't hate it. It's very similar to the arc squat machines. The initial lift off and rerack are a teeny bit awckward but ROM and feel are pretty good. Hopefully they give you some decent attachments. I felt like all the pulley attachments and the preacher I got made mine a steal at $400. $150 is sick.

Looking through some old stuff and found this...
Repost:
http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=4484803
About three months ago I started piecing together my home gym almost exclusively based on the opinions I've read on this forum.
I started by ordering the Powertec Power Rack (w/o lat) http://www.gymcor.com/powerrack.html and the Body Craft F320 http://www.gymcor.com/flatben.html from Gymcor for $668. The Powertec Rack is as explained; very solid, a great value and the assembly was a snap. The F320 was a great fit for me (I like my feet to plant on the ground); again very solid, assembly was a bit more difficult since I apparently got the instructions from last years model.
From Academy I ended up buying two 300 pound Olympic set's for $129.74 each (after tax), 5-45lbs rubber hex chrome handled dumbbells (wife's call) for around $300, an EZ curl bar for $30 and a fitness ball for $15.
Since I live in San Antonio, TX where the heat in the garage can be a bit too much I picked-up a tilt drum high velocity fan from Lowe's, for around $90.00 http://www.lowes.com/lowes/lkn?actio...D24&lpage=none , which does a great job of keeping the garage surprisingly cool.
For the flooring I was not concerned with thick rubber so I picked-up six packages of those cheap puzzle pieces which included eight 2' by 2' squares (1/2 inch thick and covers about 32 sq ft per pack) from Costco at $12.99 a package (about 80 bucks total.)
Roughly a few weeks into our work-outs my wife starts to complain that her hands were getting too callused. I hate gloves, personal I prefer straps but my wife could not get use to them and she mainly wanted to protect her hands. So I ordered the Versa Pro Gripps from D P S nutrition for $32.95 http://www.************.net/get_item_pw002.htm figuring it was the best option for us. I'm getting a bit more use to using the Versa's (when I have a need for them) but I would probably recommend others to just stick with straps.
Next, Amazon was running a good deal on the Lamar Fitness LS532 Seated Calf Bench ($169.99 total with free two day shipping) http://www.amazon.com/Lamar-Fitness-...9025716&sr=1-4 NOTE: it is on sale right now for $165.00. I 100% love this machine! To me it is better than any calf machine that I have used in a gym. I just wish I knew how well build Lamar equipment was before I bought my rack/bench. Pictures do not do Lamar equipment justice.
I originally planned on adding the Powertec lat attachment to my rack but decided against it for a couple of reasons. One, I like the openness of the rack. Two, I've heard that the Lamar Lat machine was smoother than the Powertec. So, I ordered the Lamar Lat Machine for $512.10 http://www.med1online.com/ps-19211-6...ine-53004.aspx but was on the fence with the Nautilus NT1310 Lat Pull / Low Row Station. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00...187294-3614066 I heard that the president of Nautilus actually left to start Lamar; so I figured the quality should be on par with the Lamar. At over two hundred dollars cheaper (and the wife thinking it was too much) I cancel the Lamar Lat Machine order and ordered the Nautilus from Amazon for $279 last week. I have received confirmation that the lat machine arrived in town today.
I'm very happy with all of my purchases and would like to add a B I G THANK YOU to everyone that contributes to this board!

Looks good, Mitrovski! I have the exact same Hoist bench, airdyne and rower. How do you keep your garage cool? Mine gets so freaking hot in the summer, I was thinking about pumping some ac into there by adding a vent, just don't know what that will do to the ol' electric bill...

Mitrovski very nice gym. I like the open top racks. You have pretty much everything you need. You should get some stain to put on the wood in the center of your platform, but I just like a dark stain with the mats.
