ok here are some pics, i am 175 i have worked out before but never alot, not like i am suppose to. but here are the pics iam going to keep u updated on my progress. what do u think of my body now?

i am not working the same muscle group out everyday it is differnt groups. i hit one croup a week but abs twice a week.
