I just finished 1 month of bulking and have gained about 5 kilos ~ 11 punds. I've posted before and after pics. Please give me your opinion and tell me if you think i should continue bulking or start cutting. I'm currently weighing 226,6 pounds.

I eat following:
Breakfast:
100 grams of oat
Double protein shake(was originally 9 egg whites 1 one whole egg but i started farting like hell)
2. meal:
2 pieces of whole wheat bread
100 grams of cheese(13% fat)
or
1 Gainer shake
Lunch
4 Pieces of whole wheat bread or 250 grams of rice
250 grams of chicken
4. meal (Postworkout)
Double protein shake
40grams of glucose
Dinner
Same as lunch
6. meal
2 pieces of whole wheat bread
100 grams of cheese(13% fat)
or
1 Gainer shake

Make your own homeade weight gainer.
lift heavy.
do no cardio.
eat when you are hungry.
eat when you are bored.
eat when you are tired.
eat when you are full.
eat when you wake up.
eat before you go to bed.
eat instead of talking.
sleep at least 8 hrs a day.
take a multivitamin.
BE PATIENT, YOU WONT GET MASSIVE OVER NIGHT.
