Just had one, after a great one yesterday. I was hitting shoulders, and legs, and it was hard to get a pump, couldnt finish my leg routine either lol. I know we all been there. think i should take a couple off?

Possibly, I woke up drunk today and thought I was ok and just feeling off. I went to the gym and got two-three lifts in and about 15 mins of cardio and I had to leave when I realized I was still drunk.
I know that sounds bad, but I wouldn't have gone if I had any idea.
Needless to say I wanna get in there tommorow and kill it.Fitness Journal:
