Dumb question, but I'm a college student so I suck at cooking. Is it ok to bake w/ olive oil when a recipe calls for vegetable oil?
Of course. You can substitue any oil for any oil in any receipe. It only matters when you are a top class chef and must make the best.
If you always talk about how you could be in great shape if you just worked out and ate right, why don't you just work out and eat right?
olive is good but looking at the labels canola has more poly fats per ml then olive oil does
