i had 18 inchers b4 i cut at 5ft 8 238lbs
too scared to measure them atm lol
id take 17 inch cut arms

5'10 16 inchers. annoying thing is from the side they look huge, but the f you look from behind me or straight down at my bi they look quite skinny lol. Theyre sort of tall but skinny if you can imagine lol.

5'6 200 and 15's last time I measured. My arms are horrible, I guess thats what neglecting them does to you.
