Olympic shoes help alot for lifting. Because they have the wooden soles therefore, the shoe doesn't absorb your explosion. You should add 5-10k on all these lifts instantly. Just a link for those interested...Im not working for adidas...haha...just figured maybe someone wants a little edge.

My guide to buying olympic lifting shoes is to buy the cheapest pair of sports shoes i can find. From my experience the cheapest ones always have jack all cushioning which is perfect for olifting. I think my current pair cost me $10 and i use them to olift, squat and deadlift. Go cheap
