I have questions on using the pyramid method.
1.Should u use it on breaking plateau's, or can u incorporate them into your routine for 4 weeks?
2. And for exercises, do u pyramid with only compound exercises or can u pyramid both compound and isolation exercises?
3. And for straight sets, should I use it or stick with pyramiding?
I'm trying to gain mass, because I'm an ectomorph.
Please help

everyone has their own method man
I change mine though
i did do 6-8 all the time
then i did 12-10-8-6
and then 6-8-10-12

peronsally I LOVE pyramids for bulking
(hard to tell by me tho getting big is easy)
personally I do pyramids on the compound stuff
I don't do pyramids on concentration curls or preachers or ohter isolation stuff
but for compound moves I think it works great to get big
I like to do a bit more then a 10/8/6 ya done kinda thing tho
I start at 10 and go down to like 3 reps or even 1 tough rep but not quite a 1RM
anyway that's how I like to do pyramids
