    Proton pump inhibitors and gynecomastia

I've been on Pariet for 4 months now and recently I've noticed what I think may be gynecomastia. Both nipples are somewhat swollen and the right is sensitive to the touch. Does anybody know if PPI's can cause this? I know that with H2 drugs gynecomastia is a risk. I just don't know if I should get it checked out or forget about it...I'm somewhat of a hyprochrondriac and don't want to waste my time going to the doc's when it's just the meds.

    Dr.

Well, if it was me, and I had sensitive nipples for more than a few days, i would see me Dr.

Then again, I live in australia and such things are cheap.

I recently had a weird gyno/sensitive nipple thing from Ergomax, but have since stopped and run some Ultra HOT, and it seems to have gone away... so maybe I dont take my own advice

Still, if its worrying you and continues, go see a Dr. Gyno is nasty.
