    New Bicep workout

    ok i need a new bicep workout everything else ooks good but for my arms.
    here is my 4 day split. I really workout 5 days a week because i workout my calves and abs at least 3 times a week

    mon=legs+calves
    tues=chest+tris+abs
    wens=abb+calves
    thurs=back+biceps
    fri=shoulder +calves+abs

    here is my back+bicep workout
    deadlif
    pullups
    barbellrow
    dumbbell row
    incline bench dumbell curls
    ez barbell curl
    hammer curls.

    ok so my question is i need to add more size to my arms and the workout im doing now is not cutting it so tell me if i should do my bicep exercises and tell me if i should split my arm workout from my back day.

    JMO...but I would probably switch it around and train Chest/Bis and Back/tris
    You cant expect a good Bicep workout after a back workout. Especially if your training back correctly. Reason for this is that your bi's get a pretty good pump going from a back workout alone, kinda overkill to train them with back. Or you could give arms their own day(which is what I do)

    i agree, what you could do is add biceps to chest and move triceps to shoulders. i say this because if you press in your chest workouts, then you're really pressing for three exercise or so times in that workout, where as with shoulders you are only pressing for one exercise. this allows for better contractions and warms up your triceps for you. just make sure you switch around your shoulder and back day in order to optimize recovery for your arms.

    Triceps make up 2/3 of the arm. Arms look ridiculous with massive biceps and no triceps. Train your arms accordingly.
