    Cutting Questions..

Hey i need to ask a few noobish questions on cutting, if anyone could help me it would be really appriciated!
Okay so, i plan to go on a cut for 8 weeks just over the Summer holidays. I am at 13% bodyfat btw. But i need to know just a few simple things, i have already got a few things done like my diet and workout but i did not want to go into it not knowing a few things:

In each cardio session how many calories should i be burning? I remmeber a few months back i was burning lil over 600 on the bike at 45 mins.

As like everyone i want to lose as lil muslce as possible but i know i will lose some. Should i do cardio in the morning on protien before and after or is this just going to rip away at my muslce?

Also, say one day that i do not eat the amount in my diet plan or even eat a lot but i continue to do my workout, is this a good or bad idea?

That's it! Thanks in advance to anyone who can help!

it doesn't matter how many calories your burn on cardio, to be honest i think you don't even need to worry about cardio if your diet is in a straight line. most important thing in cutting, is diet then training. make sure your protien intake is very high and drink plenty of water. i haven't touched cardio in my cutting and still got a pretty good cut. don't get me wrong cardio is really good, i would say do sessions of 20 mins(do it in order of walking, jogging, and sprinting), don't do lifting and cardio on the same workout session. and dude you have 13% body fat it hink you should be ok without cardio . just concentrate on the diet
